Nestled between Mooresville and Cornelius on Lake Norman, Davidson is a picturesque Southern college town. When our family was looking for a home, we stayed in Davidson and fell in love. Everything is walkable, and the gorgeous Davidson College campus adds a youthful vibrancy to the community. We love to eat at Kindred, enjoy a morning coffee at The Pickled Peach, and walk through the Saturday morning farmers market, all within a few blocks of each other. While the town has a mix of stately estates, downtown condos, and really cool brick townhomes, it truly feels like a mix of my favorite neighborhoods where I grew up,.
